Apprenticeship Program

The Badlands Apprenticeship is a 6+ month continuing education program where licensed stylists learn to refine their skills, explore specializations, and receive 1-on-1 coaching & mentoring.

During the program each apprentice hairstylist will be expected to:

  • Attend regular in-house training classes

  • Begin servicing clients behind the chair under the guidance & support of a senior stylist
