Salon Policies.

  • In order to create a relaxing, safe, and exceptional guest experience, Badlands provides hair services for individuals ages 12 and up.

    Due to a growing salon and limited studio space, we kindly request that childcare arrangements be made prior to arriving at your hair appointment.

  • In order to reserve an appointment time a debit or credit card must be held on file. This is to protect our stylist’s time in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

  • Services rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time for any reason will be charged a $25 fee to the card on file.

    Clients who do not show up to their reserved appointment time for any reason will also be charged a $25 fee to the card on file.

  • Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment time may need to reschedule their service or lessen the amount/intricacy of services being performed.

  • Badlands does not give refunds for services rendered. If a client is dissatisfied with the service they recieved they have 7 days to inform the studio and it will be up to the stylist’s/management's discretion of whether or not we can better achieve the client’s originally stated hair goals. Additional costs may incur.

  • If a client is dissatisfied with their retail purchase they have 30 days to bring the product(s) back for a full refund. Funds will be issued the same way products were purchased.

    *Please note this does not include hair extension wefts. All hair extensions are non-refundable.
